摘要
对78例帕金森氏病、帕金森氏综合征、原发性震颤做了TGAb、TMAb和甲状腺功能的研究,并与正常人和急性脑血管疾病患者做了对照.研究结果显示帕金森氏病患者的TGAb、TMAb阳性率远高于帕金森氏综合征、特发性震颤和两个对照组,尤以震颤少动型为最高.TGAb、TMAb阳性者,其甲状腺功能降低,呈低T_3综合征.作者对这一现象的发生机理与帕金森氏病之间的相互可能关系做了讨论.
The serum thyroglubulin antibodies (TGAb), thyroid microsomal antibodies (TMAb)and thyroid function were studied in 78 cases of Parkinson's disease(PD),Parkinson's syndrome (PS) and essential tremor (ET) by radioimmunoassay. At the same time the TGAb, TMAb and thyroid function were compared with those in 30 healthy controls and 30 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. The results showed that the positive rates of TGAb, TMAb in PD were higher than those in PS,ET and coatrol groups,and highest in the tremor type of patients with PD. The thyroid functions in patients with positive TGAb,TMAb were lower than those in control and negative Ab groups. The lower T_(3) syndrome was present in patients with positive TGAb and TMAb. The possible mechanism and correlation between TGAb,TMAb and PD are discussed.
