摘要
本文分别采用搅拌和固定床的方式探索D72树脂催化莰烯制乙酸异龙脑酯的良好反应条件。实验证明,搅拌催化的最佳条件是反应温度为40℃、乙酸与莰烯的摩尔比为1.2:1.0、树脂用量与莰烯重量比为0.69:1.0、反应时间为6小时,乙酸异龙脑酯的单程产率达81%以上;固定床催化的最佳条件是反应温度为40—45℃、乙酸与莰烯的摩尔比为1.2:1.0、空间速度为4.0—6.0毫升/毫升树脂·小时,乙酸异龙脑酯的单程产率达72%以上与搅拌催化相比,同定床催化具有树脂的利用率高、使用寿命长、产品质量好、生产连续化、操作简便等优点。
Reaction conditions for preparing isobornyl acetate from camphene using D72 resin as catalyst were studied. When D72 resin was in stirring state and in fixed bed conditions were compared. Optimum conditions when using stirring catalysis are reaction temperature: 40℃, mole ratio of acetic acid to camphene: 1.2:1.0, weight ratio of resin dosage to camphene: 0.69:1.0. Under these conditions the reaction lasted for six hours and single run yield of isobornyl acetate was over 81%; while the optimum conditions when using catalyst in fixed bed are reaction temperature:40-45℃, mole ratio of acetic acid to campheres 1:2:1.0,space velocity: 4. 0-6.0 ml/ml resin hour. Single run yield of isobornyl acetate was over 72%. It is apparent that the fixed bed catalysis has many advantages as higher effectiveness, longer duration of use, easier operation, continuous operation and good quality of product in comparison with stirring catalysis.
