摘要
目的 探讨SARS胸部影像学特征。方法 回顾性分析 2 0 0 4年首批确诊的 3例散发SARS病例胸部影像学表现。结果 3例SARS病例影像学表现均为磨玻璃状密度病变与肺实变影像并存 ,双肺多叶多段受累 ,病灶出现早进展迅速。结论 2 0 0 4年首批SARS确诊病例的影像学表现及动态变化 ,符合 2 0 0 3年SARS胸部影像学表现特征。
Objective To study the imaging characteristics of SARS patients. Methods The imaging appearances of SARS in 3 patients for the first time in 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The imaging of 3 cases showed that there was lung consolidation and ground glass shadow, both lungs being involved, focus appearing early and getting on fast. Conclusion The imaging appearances and developments of SARS patients for the first time in 2004 accord with that in 2003.
