摘要
应变和应变率不易受周围心肌的牵拉和心脏整体运动影响 ,是评价局部心肌功能的新的量化指标。本文对于正常心脏的SRI表现和局部心肌缺血的特征 ;SRI定量评价缺血心肌局部收缩和舒张功能的可靠性 ;以及SRI结合多巴酚丁胺负荷试验鉴别心肌不同存活状态等方面的问题进行综述 ,回顾了应变率成像技术诊断心肌缺血的研究进展 ,表明应变率成像技术是检测局部心肌形变特征的可靠方法 。
Myocardial strain and strain rate by Doppler echocardiography may represent new, powerful methods for quantifying regional myocardial function and are less influenced by tethering effects from other regions and cardiac translation than conventional Doppler tissue imaging. This paper analyses the characteristics of SRI in normal heart and in myocardial ischemia, and discusses the reliability in the noninvasive assessment of regional myocardial function. Then, it introduces the application of SRI combined with stress echocardiography to identify myocardial viability. Generally, this paper demonstrates SRI may detect myocardial deformation noninvasively and its promising clinical applications.
