基于X线图像的股骨骨干基准线的建立

摘要 目的 根据正位和侧位的X线图像建立股骨骨干的三维基准线。方法 通过对X线图像处理 ,运用基于数学形态学的轮廓提取方法进行边缘检测 ,进而分别计算出骨干基准线在两个平面上的投影。为了得到三维坐标 ,使用特征点匹配的方法。结果 获得符合要求的骨骼边缘 ,完成股骨骨干段基准线的三维空间显示。结论 保证X线图像拍摄时空间关系的前提下 。 Objective To establish femoral shaft datum line based on frontal and lateral X ray images. Methods Morphologic edge detection is applied to both frontal and lateral X ray images by mathematic segmentation technique. Then the projecting line of datum line is calculated in those two images respectively. In order to get the 3D coordinate, feature points assigned manually were used. Results Femoral shaft edges were obtained from both frontal and lateral X ray images successfully,and then datum line was set up in three dimensional space.Conclusion Reliable femoral shaft datum line can be obtained by utilizing high quality X ray images data reasonably.
