摘要
报告19例支气管哮喘(下称哮喘)患者,经1年特异性变应原脱敏治疗测定了前后嗜碱性粒细胞释放能力的变化.结果表明,治疗前患者嗜碱性粒细胞释放能力明显高于健康对照组,治疗后其释放能力明显下降,89.5%的患者变为正常.由此提示,嗜碱性粒细胞释放能力是辅助诊断,判定疗效的良好指标.
This paper reports the variation of basophil releasability in 19 patients with asthma. Our results showed that basophil releasability of the patients before treatment was more higher than that in the normal and decreased significantly after one year's treatment (P<0. 001). 89. 5% of the patients became negative. We suggest that basophil releasability is a good index for diagnosing allergic diseases and evaluating its curative effects.
