摘要
归纳分析古今医家对《伤寒论》“阳去入阴”一语的不同认识 ,即“表邪传里说”、“邪传阳明说”、“邪传少阴说”及“入传三阴说”。结合该条该句的所处环境 ,经过综合归纳 ,层层剖析 ,提出“阳去入阴”应理解为“离开少阳 ,传入少阴或厥阴”
To sum up and analyze the different cognitions of doctors in ancient and modern times on the word“Yang leaving Yin entering”in treatise on febrile disease.They were“Exterior pathogenic Qi introduces into interior theory”,“pathogenic Qi introduces into Yangming theory”,“pathogenic Qi introduces into Shaoyin theory”and“introducing into three Yin channels theory”.Combined with the condition of this word,and through integrated analysis,a viewpoint was suggested that“Yang dispersion Yin entering”should be understood as“after leaving Shaoyang,enter into Shaoyin or Jueyin”.
