摘要
缬草系山区多年生草本天然芳香植物,其根含精油1.5—3％。利用GC/MS和GC仪器进行化学成分的定性和定量测定,共检出32个化学成分,已确定了其中28个化合物,其含量之和占精油总量的96％。主成分为乙酸龙脑酯和莰烯等,适用于医药、食品、化妆品和日用品工业配制多种药品、香精和香水等。乙酸龙脑酯含量为46.22％,可单离制取纯品。
Valeriana officinalis L. is an aromatic perennial herbage in moutai-nous region. Its root contains essential oil 1.5～3%. The constituents of essential oil were qualitatively and quantitatively analysed by GC and GC/MS. 32 components were isolated by GC and 28 compounds were identified in the oil. The total content is 96% of the oil. The main constituents are bornyl acetate and camphene. The oil is suitable for producing medicines, flavours, perfumes in medical, food, cosmetic and detergent industries.
