METABONOMICS IN POST-GENOMIC ERA

摘要 基于核磁共振技术的代谢组学研究 ,是近几年发展起来的一种新的“组学”技术 .它主要利用生物体液的核磁共振谱 ,提供了生物体内全部小分子代谢物的丰富信息 .代谢组学在功能基因组学、病理生理学、药理毒理学等方面都有着广泛的应用前景 . Metabonomics has now become an important component of systems biology, with promising applications in toxicology, functional genomics, disease diagnosis, environmental analysis and nutritional assessment. In this review, the recent developments in NMR-based metabonomics were discussed.
