摘要
观察内服中药制剂加外敷中药药膏与单纯内服中药制剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。 4 1例患者随机分成A、B两组 ,A组 18例内服中药同时加用中药药膏外敷肺俞、心俞、厥阴俞 ,B组 2 3例单纯内服中药。疗程10 0天。结果 :A、B两组其肺通气量、临床积分及T细胞亚群CD4/CD8治疗前后比较差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。第 1秒钟时间肺活量百分比 (FEV1/FVC)A组明显优于B组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示两种治疗方法均可有效防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ,内外合治可以更有效改善肺功能。
To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), 41 subjects were randomized into two groups: group A in which 18 cases were treated by oral ingestion of Chinese herbs and acupoint application of herbal plaster on Feishu, Xinshu and Jueyinshu, and group B in which 23 cases were treated by simple oral ingestion of Chinese herbs, with a course of 100 days. Results: In two groups, there were significant differences between pretreatment and posttreatment in pulmonary ventilation, clinial score, CD 4/CD 8 (P<0.01); and the first-second FEV 1/FVC was better in group A than in group B (P<0.01).
