摘要
介绍了本体法聚丙烯生产工艺中的关键设备———12m3聚合釜搅拌器在使用过程中存在的问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,针对这些问题提出了改进措施并应用于实际生产中,问题得到解决,并取得很好的经济效益.
This paper has briefly introduced the disadvantages of the stirrer of the polymerizer, analyzed to produce the reason of these problems, and aim at these problems to bring up the improvement measure, and the problems get the solution and obtain the good economic performance.
