摘要
目的 评价内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗消化道息肉的疗效 ;探讨并发症的诱因、预防及治疗。方法 对2 8例经病理排除恶性病变的消化道息肉患者行息肉切除术 ,对 2例迟发性出血患者进行了认真观察和处理。结果 套切 2 8例消化道息肉 ,2 4例成功无出血 ;2例创面少许渗血 ,经电凝后止血 ;2例迟发性出血经内科综合治疗后止血。
Objective To detect the effect of digestive tract polyps by endoscopic polypectomy; to resect the cause of complication,to prevent and treat it. Methods 28 cases excepting cancer on digestive tract polyps were used polypectomy.2 cases who blooded later were seriously observed and dealt with.Results Electrogulative snare exsection of polyps was done under endoscopy.Of 28 cases, 24 cases succeeded without blooding,2 cases cutting had a little blood which stopped after electrocoagulation, 2 cases who blooded later stopped blooding after synthetical internal medicine treatment. Conclusion Endoscopic polypectomy is an effective and safe method for treating digestive tract polyps.
