摘要
本文提出了一种可用于广播电视信号数字传输的自适应 BTC 编码方法.该方法通过自适应的传输图象子块内各均值的差值并配合以相应的非线性量化实现码率的压缩.讨算机模拟和硬件实验结果表明:该方法算法简单、易于硬件实现、抗误码能力强,对黑白和彩色电视信号均有较好的压缩编码效果.
This paper presents an adaptive BTC algorithm for digital transmission of broadcasting TV signal.It reduces bit rate by adaptive transmission a difference of means in a subblock and nonlinear quantizing the difference,It shows by computer simulating and hardware experiment that the algorithm is simple and easy to implement with real-time hardware,has powerful capacity to resist error code.A better result is obtained by coding monochrome and color TV signal with the adaptive BTC algorithm.
