摘要
本文利用 Huygens-Fresnel 衍射积分和量子力学中的路径积分方法,推导出在倒拉锥光纤中光场的解析表示式,并在 WKBJ 近似下得到了高斯光束传播的射线矩阵.这一结果为倒拉锥光纤与半导体激光器耦合系统设讨提供了一种分析方法.
The purpose of this paper is to make an analytical expression of the field in up-tapered fibre by using the Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral and path-integral methods in quantum mechanics.Ray matrix of Gaussian Beam in derived under WKBJ approach.This results provides an effective analytical method for design of LD to SMF coupling circuit.
