摘要 目的 :评价BACTECMGIT 96 0系统快速测定结核分枝杆菌对链霉素、异烟肼、利福平和乙胺丁醇药物敏感性的效能。方法 :比较BACTECMGIT 96 0系统与放射性测量的BACTEC 4 6 0TB系统检测 15 6株结核分枝杆菌的药敏结果 ,罗氏比例法作为参考方法。结果 :两个系统间符合率为 96 . 2 %、 2 6个不符合结果中 ,16个结果与BACTEC 4 6 0TB系统符合 ,10个与BACTECMGIT 96 0系统符合。差异无统计学上显著性。BACTECMGIT 96 0平均检测时间为 8 7天 ,BACTEC 4 6 0TB为 5 5天。结论 :BACTECMGIT 96 0系统药敏检测具有良好敏感性和特异性 ,BACTECMGIT 96 0系统可取代放射性BACTEC 4 6 0TB测量法 ,快速 ,可靠 ,重复检测结核分枝杆菌的药物敏感性。 Objective:To evaluate the performance of BACTEC MGIT 960 for automated testing of the susceptibility of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to streptomycine,isoniazid,rifampin,and ethambutol.Methods:The results from BACTEC MGIT 960 were compared with those obtained with the radiometric BACTEC 460TB system.The method of proporation on agar was used as reference method.Results:The overall agreement between the two systems was 96.2%.The average time required for completion of the test was 8.7 days with BACTEC MGIT 960 and 5.5 days with BACTEC 460TB system.Conclusion:BACTEC MGIT 960 appears to be a suitable replacement for the radiometric method of antimicmicrobial susceptibility testing of M.tuberculosis.
