摘要
本文报告了我院1972～1990年收治的10例原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进。其中单发腺瘤9例,包括3例异位,以及增生1例。术前血钙升高水平较低,平均为2.78mmol/L。部分病例术前行血清甲状旁腺素、骨钙素放免测定和骨密度测量,显示临床实用价值很高。本组经验支持在缺乏术前有效定位手段时应采取全面探查的手术原则。
10 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism were treated in our hospital from 1977 to 1990. 9 cases had single adenoma including 3 ectopic cases and I case hyperplasia. Moderate elevated level of preoperative serum calcium concentration was 2.78 mmol/L of mean value, In some cases, serum PTH and BGP were measured with radioimmunoassay and bone density was also measured, which showed high values in clinical practice. The operative principle of general exploration are recommended when it is lacking of effective methods of preoperative localization.
