摘要
疏松和偏析是铝合金铸锭中的常见缺陷 ,它们的存在严重影响了产品的使用性能与使用寿命。获得致密、均匀的凝固组织是提高金属材料综合机械性能的重要途径 ,旋转型电磁搅拌在钢的连铸工艺中已得到广泛应用 ,研究了旋转型电磁搅拌对铝合金铸锭凝固组织的影响。研究结果表明 :在凝固过程中施加电磁搅拌 ,能明显细化晶粒 ,增加铸锭断面上的等轴晶区宽度 ,减轻疏松 。
Porosity and segregation is common flaws in aluminum alloy ,which seriously affects the properties of prodnct. The obtaining of dense and averaging solidification structure is an important means of improving mechanical properties of metal materials. Rotary electromagnetic stirring has been widely applied in continuous casting steel.The effect of rotary electromagnetic stirring on solidification structure is studied. Through experiments, conclusions are drawn that crystals can be radically fined accompanied with the widening of equiaxed crystal zone on transverse section of casting.Porosity can be alleviated and abnormal segregation of copper in aluminum alloy casting can be hampered by the use of electromagnetic stirring during solidification.
