摘要
用杂交瘤技术从成年雄性BXSB小鼠胸腺细胞随机制备出1株分泌Ig的单克隆杂交瘤细胞,并对它们所产生的单克隆Ig类别及对自身抗原的反应性进行了鉴定。结果表明,杂交瘤细胞产生的单克隆Ig中,IgG类别的多于IgM类别,显示BXSB小鼠胸腺内产生各类Ig的浆细胞比例与正常小鼠胸腺内以产生IgM的浆细胞为主的情况不同。此外,BXSB小鼠胸腺内浆细胞产生的Ig仅少数为自身抗体。
Four monoclonal immunoglobulins were prepared randomly from secreting cells in thymus of adultmale BXSB mice by hybridoma technique, their classes and reactivities to autoantigens were examied.The results showed that three of four monclonal linmunoglobulins were IgG class and the other onewas IgM, which suggested the ratio of plasmocytes secreting IgG to plasmocytes secreting IgM inthymus of BXSB mice was different from that of normal mice. In addition, only a few of Igs secretedby plasmocytes in thymuses of BXSB mice exhibited reactivities to autoantigens.
