刺梨汁阻断胃癌高发区人群体内N-亚硝基脯氨酸的合成

摘要 24名胃癌高发区受试者服用300mgL-脯氨酸后,尿中N-亚硝基脯氨酸(NPRO)排出量由本底期的3.3±1.2μg/d升至9.4±4.7μg/d(P<0.001)。与脯氨酸同时服用刺梨汁稀释液30ml(含VC 75mg),受试者NPRO排出量显著下降至2.2±1.2μg/d(P<0.001),并显著低于本底水平(P<0.05)。刺梨汁的上述阻断作用不受胃粘膜病变的影响(P>0.1)。结果表明。刺梨汁对胃癌高发区人群内源性NPRO合成有很好的抑制效果。 Afterintake of 300mgL-proline, 24-hurinary excretion of N-nitrosoproline (NPRO)in 24 subjectsfrom a high-risk area for gastric carcer was significantly increased from a background levl of 3.3±1.2μg/d to 9.4±4.7μg/d(P>0.001). Intake of Ci Li juice 30ml(containing VC 75mg)together with 300mg L-proline resulted in a significant decrease of 24-h urinary NPRO excretion to 2.2±1.2μg/d(P>0.001), which was also significantly lower than the background level (P<0.05). The above inhibitoryeffect of Ci Li juice was not modified by various intragastric lesions in the subjects(P>0.1). The re-sults show that Ci Li juice has a strong potential to block endogenous formation of NPRO in this hi-gh-risk population for gastric cancer.
