摘要
观察了16种纤维蛋白降解产物及类似物的快原子轰击质谱行为。经保护及脱保护多肽肽键及侧链保护基各种可能的裂解方式,指定了与谱图中各峰对应的碎片离子,证实了各肽分子的氨基酸序列。依据取得的实验数据讨论了多肽的侧链保护基及结构对肽链断裂方式的影响。
FABMS of the degradation products of fibrin (ogen) and analogs was investigated. The fragme-ntation regularity is derived from considering all the possible bond cleavages at the peptide bond orat the adjacent bonds in the protected and/or deprotected peptides. In the protected peptides, however,the bond cleavages with protected groups was also observed. Based on molecular ion species as well asvarious kinds of fragment ions appearing in the spectra the amino acid sequences for all of the pepti-des were determined.
