摘要
本文报道在未经固定的冰冻切片上显示缝隙连接的免疫金银法,探讨了影响方法特异性与敏感性的各种因素,并用该法研究了大鼠心肌、肝脏和表皮缝隙连接的组织特异性。
A method of revealing gap junctions on unfixed frozen section with immuno-gold silver techniqueis reported. The factors that influence the sensitivity and specificity of the method are discussed. Thetissue specificity of gap junction in rat heart, liver, and epidermis is investigated with this thechnique.
