摘要
目的 :分析某医院菌血症、败血症感染病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法 :血液标本选用标准需氧瓶或厌氧瓶增菌培养 ,用BACTEC 912 0全自动血培养仪进行检测后用VITEK 32仪器及鉴定卡分析鉴定。结果 :6 33份血液培养标本共分离出病原菌 98株 ,总阳性率为 15 5 %。药敏结果显示 ,葡萄球菌属、埃希菌属、沙门菌属对常见抗生素的耐药率均在 5 0 0 %以上。结论 :血培养中所分离的葡萄球菌、埃希菌、沙门菌对常用的多种抗生素均有较高的耐药性 ,提示临床医生应根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗生素。
Objective:To analyse the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from blood samples with bacteraemia , septicaemia . Methods: Blood sample select standard aerobic bottle for use or detest oxygen bottle increase fungus train, train appearance go on after measuring with VITEK-32 instrument and determine with BACTEC-9120 full-automatic blood card analyse determine. Results: 633 copies of blood culture samples to isolate and cause 98 strains altogether, total positive rate is 15. 5%. Medicine quick result show staphylococcus, Escherichia, Salmonella belong to durg resistance rate above 50.0% common antibiotic. Conclusion: Blood cultivation staphylococcus , Escherichia, Salmonella have high drug resistance to commonly used many kinds of antibiotic, pointing out clinicians should select the antibiotic for use rationally according to the quick result of the test of medicine.
