Vascular endothelial growth factor and lung hyperoxic injury
摘要
高氧肺损伤主要表现为肺泡II型上皮细胞生长受到抑制 ,肺的发育和成熟受阻。血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)主要作用于血管内皮细胞 ,具有促进内皮细胞增殖、分化 ,增加微血管的通透性及诱导血管发生的功能。
