摘要
目的:观察玻璃酸钠治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法:临床上符合肩关节周围炎诊断标准的66例病人接受局部注射玻璃酸钠,每周1次,连续3周,并配合运动锻炼。观察治疗前后病人的疼痛、肩关节活动情况。结果:66例中缓解43例(65.15％) 显效15例(22.73％),有效7例(10.61％),无效1例(1.51％),总有效率98.5％。未见严重不良反应。结论:玻璃酸钠注射治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效确切,不良反应轻且少,值得临床推广。
Objective To assess intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder. Methods 66 cases who met the criteria for frozen shoulder syndrome were received the therapy of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate plus physiotherapy. The injection was performed once a week and lasted three weeks. Data of pain and ability of movement in all patients were collected before and after treatment. Results The percentages of clinical remission, markable effect, effect and invalid were 65. 15%, 22. 73%, 10. 61% and 1. 51% , respectively. Conclusions Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate satisfactorily benefited the patients with adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder without any servious side effect.
