双杠自选动作类型与组合方式的变化 被引量:7

Type and Combination of Optional Exercises of Parallel Bars

摘要 世界优秀运动员双杠自选动作选择有明显的倾向性。支撑或挂臂撑前摆、支撑或挂臂撑后摆、飞行动作、悬垂前后摆动作是构成成套动作的“主要动作类型”。而“主要动作类型”中又以支撑前摆转体倒立、倒立前翻360°、悬垂前摆动作、后空翻成手倒立等子类动作使用最为广泛;同类动作组合逐渐成为运动员编排自选动作的主要方式。 Obvious tendency was found with the optional exericses of parallel bars by elite gymnasts in the world.Main types of exercise to make up a complete set of optional exercise were swing forward or back- ward in cross rest or in upper arm hang,flying movements and swing in suspension,among which the most widely used subtype exercises were swing forward and turn in cross rest,handstand and 360 forward roll,swing forward in suspension and backward somersault to handstand.Combining exercise with movements of the same type gradually became the main pattern of combination of optional exercise.
