摘要
体育学院附属竞技运动学校采取“亦读亦训”的方针,能够培养出有文化的高水平运动员,但在人员结构、发挥体院综合优势、项目设置及竞校学生文化学习等方面有待完善,同时国家有关部门应允许竞校以体院名义组团或队参加国内比赛,进一步调动体院办竞校的积极性。
Taking the guideline of“part study,part train”,sports schools attached to physical education
colleges have trained some players who are excellent in sports and of a certain education level.However,
effort still needs to be made to improve the work of these sports schools,including improving personnel
structure,making the most of comprehensive superiority of the physical education college,and strength-
ening academic study.Meanwhile,state departments concerned should allow the sports schools to organ-
ize teams in the names of their own physical education colleges to national competitions,so as to heighten
the motivation of physical education colleges in running sports schools.
