摘要
改进优秀运动员退役从业就学工作是我国运动员队伍建设中一个急待解决的重要问题。对70年代末以来全国各省市退役安置工作情况,第23、24届奥运会521名参赛选手的赛后去向等调查研究表明,应从改善运动员自身退役后的从业就学条件和加强对运动员祖国培养意识、普通公民意识的培养等内环境,以及完善退役运动员安置工作的有关政策,加强与社会各有关部门的合作等外环境两个方面采取有效措施改善退役安置工作。
That how to improve the arrangement of placement for retired elite players has become an ur-
gent,important problem in China for strengthening the contingent of players.The study made an investi-
gation on the placements of retired players of various provinces and municipalities since the end of the 70s
and the placements of 521 Chinese players after participating in the 23nd and the 24th Olympic Games.
The results indicated that for the improvement of work in this regard,effective measures should be taken
with both the internal and the external environment.The improvement of the internal environment in-
cluded improving players',own conditions for getting a job or entering a college and strengthening players'
consciousness of being trained by the country and being an ordinary citizen.And as to the external envi-
ronment,policies concerned and cooperation between various social departments should be improved.
