战术训练欲有实战效益,必须高度具体地反映比赛,为此,攻守战术训练不仅应设立得分与反得分的比赛总体目标,也应设立比赛不同时刻的阶段目标和相应的训练重点,并选择适当的训练方法。
To obtain practical benefit,tactic training must highly specifically reflect competition.
Therefore,in offensive or defensive tactic training,not only an overall target of competition on
scoring,but also stage targets for different time of competition and their training focuses and methods
should be set up.
