摘要
本文报道了F-MuLV诱发小鼠红白血病生物学特性的进一步研究结果。发现中国昆明小鼠和615小鼠对F-MuLV有明显抵抗。脾脏的原红细胞是该病毒的靶细胞,但切脾后仍可发病,这时骨髓成为该病毒的靶器官。因而提出,在正常动物中F-MuLV对脾红系细胞比骨髓更具有亲和性。
砊his paper reported the resultS of further studies on the biological characteristics of F-MuLV-induced mouse ery-throleukemia.It was found that the Chinese Kunming and 615 strain micehave genetic resistance to NB-tropic F-MuLY.The dynamic observation on pathogenic processes of leukemia showed that the target cells of F-MuLV were the erythroblAstic cells in the spleen .But the erythrolcukemia still occurred in the mice after splenectomy.On this condition,the erythroblasts of the bone marrow became the tar -get cells of the virus. Authors indicated that in the intact mice the splenic erythroblasts were more sensitive to F-MuLV than that of bone
