摘要
将动情期大鼠的子宫置于恒温麦氏浴槽培养液中,分别加入不同影响因素,观察它们对子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响。结果显示,酪氨酸能明显抑制子宫平滑肌的收缩频率,但不影响其收缩幅度;丝氨酸能提高子宫平滑肌的收缩频率,但使其收缩幅度减小。
It has been known that the contents of the free tyrosine and serine in uterine cytoplasm take place periodically thecbenges during the rat estrous cycle. This means that there is some relationship between the myometriumn activity and the contensof tyrosine or serine in cytoplsm.It is insteresting to understand whe ther the tyrosine and serine can influence the myometrinum ac-tivity or not. The present study shows that the tyrosine( 0.2mM) obviously inhibited the constricting frequency while the serine(0.2mM)enhanced the constricting frequency of the myometrium in,rats.
