摘要
旨在说明“几何”一词是徐光启、利玛窦译自拉丁文Magnitudo一文,因此,“几何原本”应理解为“量的原理”,或“计量之学”.
The subject of this paper is to explain that the “Jibe”was Xu Guangi and M.Ricci translated from Latin word“Magnitudo”.So that the“Jihe Yuanben”(几何原本)must be comprehended as“the Elements of Quanties”or “the Study of Calculation and Measure”.
