摘要
采用差分方法数值解热传导方程,分析了全电介质干涉滤光片受到激光脉冲辐照后,其吸收层吸收光脉冲能量后的温度分布,并研究了介质中热扩散过程。其研究方法与结果有助于深入了解干涉滤光片中的热致光双稳现象。
An all-dielectric fabry-perot interference filter is illuminated by a laser pulse, absorption of optical energy in the absorptive layers and the diffusion of the resulted heat throughout the multilayer structure are studied. Numerical solution the heat diffusion equation under appropriate boundary conditions by box difference formula are used. The method and the obtained results are helpful to understand thermo-optic bistability phenome- non in all-dielectric interference filter.
