摘要 目的 研究锌对血浆天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)和肾上腺皮质细胞线粒体酶活力的影响。方法 用含不同浓度ZnSO4的水饲养鱼 ,观察ZnSO4对血浆AST和肾上腺皮质细胞线粒体酶功能毒作用的剂量 -效应关系。应用分光光度法检测AST活力以及线粒体酶的活力。结果 ZnSO4引起血浆AST活力升高及肾上腺皮质细胞线粒体酶活力降低。结论 ZnSO4可引起鱼的血浆AST活力升高及肾上腺皮质细胞线粒体功能损害。 Objective To study the effects of zinc sulphate on aspartate aminotransferase and mitochondrial enzyme of adrenocortical cells.Methods The activity of aspartate aminotransferase and mitochondrial enzyme of adrenocortical cell was evaluated with spectrophotometric assay and MTT experiment.Results ZnSO 4 could induce the elevation of the activity of AST and the decrease of mitochondrial enzyme activity.Conclusions Zinc sulphate might induce the damage of adrenocortical cell.
