摘要
本文报告1例播散性嗜酸细胞胶原病,患者,男,32岁。全身丘疹,结节反复7年,伴低热、关节痛、全身淋巴结肿大,末梢血与组织中嗜酸细胞增多,对中药与昆明山海棠反应良好。最后就本病的临床特征、病因及治疗进行了讨论,并作了文献复习。
A case of disseminated eosinophilic collagen disease was reported. A 32-year-old man has had generalized papules and cutaneous nodules for 7 years, associated with low fever. arthralgia, lymphadenopathy and eosinophilia. The patient responsed well to Chinese Traditional herb Tripterygil hypoglauci. The clinical features, pathogenic cause and treatment of the disease were discussed, and the literatures were reviewed.
