摘要
目的 观察后牙区即刻种植的临床效果。方法 采用多种外科技术 ,共完成 14例 19颗后牙区即刻种植病例 ,其中 17颗同时行GBR技术。结果 19颗种植体骨结合良好 ,修复后 ,追踪 4～ 36个月 ,没有种植体丢失。结论 在后牙区采用即刻种植可以取得良好的骨结合。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of immediate implants in fresh posterior extraction sockets.Methods Following an atraumatic extraction of posterior teeth, 19 implants were immediately placed into sockets at the time of the extraction.Bone graft and a membrane were also required to augment the remainder of extraction socket and provided maximum bone fill around the implant.Results No fixture had been lost by following 4～36months since the final restoration was delivered.Conclusion Clinical studies on the placement of immediate implants in freash posterior extraction sockets have reavled predictable results.
