摘要
结合饲料配料线单片机控制仪的研制和应用,根据其运行的环境条件,从硬件和软件2方面论述了系统输入输出通道、电源、线路等的抗干扰设计,分析了抗干扰的原理和技术措施,指出对于单片机应用系统须将功能设计和抗干扰设计有机地结合起来,才能有效地抑制和防止干扰,提高应用系统的可靠性。
During developing a new microcomputer-based controller for an automat- ic feedstuffs processing system,an improved design method is introduced.The de- sign principle and technology adopted for improving the ability against electrical disturbance are described.The rational combination of functional design and anti- interference hardware and software technology design is considered in the system development.Practical results show that the introduced new design method has good operational performance in industrial environment.
