金属化高冰镍选择性浸出镍钴机理的研究 被引量:4

摘要 水淬金属化高冰镍用硫酸—硫酸铜选择性浸出镍钻工艺的试验中,研究了从原料到各种渣的物相转变,用X-射线衍射法追踪相变,作出各种相在浸出的变化规律图,从而说明了相变与浸出率变化的关系,利用更小规模的高压釜进行单一相的常压及热压氧化浸出模拟试验,进一步验证了相变的确切性;阐明了浸出过程的反应机理,论述了新相的成分及其生成条件;根据物料及产物的变化及时发现和指出工艺流程中存在的问题,对工艺条件的改进和最佳化起了积极的作用。 In the test of technology for selective leaching of Ni, Co from water quenched metallized nickel-rich matte in H2SO4-CuSO4 solution, a study of phase changes from raw materials to various residues was made. The phase changes were traced by X-ray diffraction and microscopy methods and the phase changes occurred in process of leaching were plotted, which show the relations between phase changes and extraction rates. A small-scale autoclave was used for simulating tests of monophase leaching and than the reliability of the phase changes was verified. The reaction mechanism of leaching process is expounded, and also are discussed the compositions of new phases in the residues and their formation conditions. According to varying of the feeds and products, the problems existing in technological process were found and pointed out in time, which played an active role in improvement and optimization of the process conditions.
