摘要
本文从注射机液控系统的改进出发,比较了几种控制方式.认为采用由计算机直接控制,不需数/模(D/A)转换的数字阀、数字泵系统改进注射机的液压系统,并将各种控制功能集成为一个的系统,这是切实可行的改进注射机液控系统的新途径.
Based on the comparison of several control methods in the hydraulic control system of an injection machine, this paper gives a new feasible method which can improve the hydraulic control system of an injection machine. Digital valve system or aigital pump system is controled directly by computer without digital-to-analog converter. Various control functions are integrated in one system.
