摘要
介绍了我国第1台特殊钢方坯连铸机,试验生产的弹簧钢连铸坯的质量水平。其内容包括:电磁搅拌的冶金效果、铸坯的低倍组织、非金属夹杂物、成分偏析及钢材性能。
The results about quality of spring steel billet at the first special steel billet caster in China are introduced . The research contents are included as follows: metallurgical effect of electromagnetic stirring; inclusion, macrograph, segregation of composition; pro perties of final rolled steel products.
