摘要 本文研究了声光强度调制并且分析了强度调制中的波形失真。指出在调制曲线上有个拐点 ,这个拐点的两侧的一段曲线可看成直线 ,在这段直线上进行调制可减少失真。如果工作点设在零点或是曲线的顶部将出现倍频失真。分析了不同偏压条件下声光强度调制的波形失真。实验上观察到了倍频失真。这种倍频失真可用于对入射信号进行倍频。实验结果和理论分析符合得很好。 The acoustooptical intensity modulation has been studied, and wave distortion in the modulation has been analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that there is a inflextion point on modulation curve, a piece of modulation curve near this point can be considered as straight line. Modulation by this piece of line can reduce wave distortion. If the working point were set on zero point or top of curve double frequency distortion would be found . Wave distortions in the intensity modulation on different bias conditions have been analyzed. Double frequency wave distortion has been found in the experiment. This double frequency distortion can be used to double frequency of incident signal. Experiment result is well consistent with theoretical analysis.
