摘要
风险投资中对于高科技初创企业管理风险的评价是一个重要的问题.本文从风险投资家的角度出发,应用具有专家权重的多层次多目标群决策法和模糊评价法,创建了一套具有实用性的高科技初创企业管理风险评价指标体系.并用此评价体系对具体案例进行了实证分析.
Management risk evaluation in venture capital is an important issue of high technology company in start-up stage.In this paper,the authors studied the hierarchical decision making and fuzzy evaluation of multiple objectives using expert weights at the point of view of capitalist.A new management risk evaluation system in venture capital for high technology company in start-up period is established.A real case was evaluated using this evaluation system.
