摘要
对三坐标测量机进行改进,其过程是简化机械机构,将三坐标测量机的测头安装在气浮滑板上,通过手动实现中高精度的测量.本文提出一种基于数字图像处理的图像特征区域识别和确定图像特征区域质心位移的方法.该方法是对安装在气浮滑板上的CCD摄像机在平面上运动的过程中取得的图像序列进行数字化处理.利用图像的形状无关矩,修正傅立叶描述符和定位技术,提高了图像特征区域的识别能力,并准确地获得气浮滑板的动态位置信息,确定出相邻帧图像中特征区域的质心的位置变化.这种低成本、小型化的三坐标测量机具有广阔的应用前景.
To improve three-coordinate measuring device,the mechanical structure is simplified and the probe is fixed on air-bearing module.As a result,high accurate measurement is achieved manually.The authors propose a new method to recognize image features and to determine displacement of image centroid based on the technology of image processing.A CCD camera is fixed on the air-bearing module to collect visual signal.The features of each image frame is identified,the position of centroid of each frame is detected and the displacement of centroid of two nearby frame is calculated,by using moment invariant,modified Fourier descriptor and location technology.This kind of three-coordinate measuring device with low cost and small size has great prospects of application.
