摘要
以Lewis酸性萃取剂和Lewis碱性萃取剂组成的复合萃取剂 (正辛烷为稀释剂 )萃取L -苯丙氨酸为研究对象 ,研究了Lewis酸 /Lewis碱配对以及 pH值对萃取分配系数的影响。N2 63与辛酸、月桂酸等组成的复合溶剂萃取规律比较复杂。红外谱图研究表明 ,己酸与TOA配对组成的复合溶剂 (正辛烷为稀释剂 )为离子对溶剂、己酸、辛酸、月桂酸及P2 0 4分别与TOA配对组成的复合溶剂萃取L -苯丙氨酸 ,在低 pH条件下为阳离子交换反应 ,在高 pH条件下为阴离子交换反应。
A series of extraction equilibrium experiments for L-phenylalanine (L-phc) with the mixed organic solvent was carried out. The mixed solvent consisted of a kind of Lewis acid and a kind of Lewis base dissolved in n-octane. The extraction mechanisms of L-phc by the mixed solvent containing N263/octanoic-acid or N263/dodecanoic-acid were complicated. TOA reacted with hexanoic acid and a kind of organic salt (C8H17)3NH+-OOCC5H11 formed in the organic phase, as was demonstrated by infrared spectrograms. When pH<pH0, L-phc was extracted by the mixed solvent containing TOA/hexanoic-acid,TOA/octanoic-acid, TOA/ dodecanoic-acid or TOA/P204 in the cation-exchange mecha nism; when pit>pH0,l,-phe was extracted in the anion-exchange mechanism.
