Constitutive Relationship and Experimental Research on the MaterialProperties of Q235 Steel under Different Stress-Temperature Paths

摘要 介绍了不同应力-温度路径下Q235钢材性能的试验,以研究应力-温度历史对钢材应变的影响.通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得到了不同应力-温度路径下Q235钢的应力、温度、应变三者之间的本构关系.研究了Q235钢经过恒载升降温自然冷却到常温时的材料力学性能,并与以往的研究结果进行了比较. Experiments on the material properties of Q235 steel under different stress-temperature paths were conducted to learn the influence of stress-temperature history on the steel strain. Based on the regression analysis of test data, constitutive relationships of steel materials among stress, temperature and strain under different stress-temperature paths were built. The material properties of Q235 steel that experienced constant-load heating and cooling and returned to room temperature via natural cooling were also studied. A comparison was made between the results obtained in this article and that proposed in the papers before.
