摘要
在建设项目实施过程中,项目的承发包模式和合同结构规定和明确了工程建设实施的"轨道",对整个项目的目标控制和管理有着重要的影响,项目建设的承发包及组织模式也一直是项目前期建设单位关心和思考的重点.在论述工程总承包和工程项目管理的国际通用模式的基础上分析了我国工程总承包项目管理的现状,探讨并提出了完善发展的措施.
Building project procurement model and contract structure, which define the responsibility and duty of the owner and projcet construction participators, are very important and vital to the project target (cost,time and quality) control.The current situation of the general contracts of the constructions is analyzed and a series of measures of accelerating the development of the project management are put forward.
