摘要
最广泛最充分地调动一切积极因素是党的基本方针,是推进改革开放和现代化建设的重要保证。新时期调动一切积极因素,必须以解放思想、更新观念为先导,发展生产力、满足人民需要为根本,深化政治经济体制改革为动力,兼顾各方利益、共同富裕为旨归,加强思想政治工作和精神文明建设为杠杆。
One of the basic principles of the Communist Party of China is to bring all positive factors into full play.This is an important guarantee of deepening reform,opening up and modernization.For this,we must emancipate our minds,foster our notions,develop productive forces,meet needs of the people,deepen the economic and political systematic reform,balance various interests so as to achieve common prosperity.In addition,we must promote bath ideological and political progress and spirit civilization.
