摘要
在大田自然干旱胁迫条件下 ,对 8种紫花苜蓿的叶绿素含量和水分饱和亏缺 (WSD)在不同土壤含水量下的变化进行测定 ,分析讨论了干旱胁迫下 ,两种生理指标的变化规律及与二者之间的相关关系 ,旨在丰富作物抗旱理论 .根据 8种紫花苜蓿在干旱胁迫条件下的叶绿素含量与WSD的表现 ,抗旱性综合评价结果为 :绿苜 1号 >金黄后 >阿尔冈金 >FG2T10 6 >able>德国大叶 >westblend >润布 11.
The experiment was in the field for 8 kinds of alfalfa under natural drought stress and tested the change of chlorophyll content and WSD under different soil water content in order to rich the theoretics of plant drought resistance. Their change rules and their correlated relations under drought stress were analysed and discussed.Base on these, the comprehenstvely evaluated result showed:Ivmu 1>Cueen>Algoquin>FG2T106>able>Germany>Rambll.
