摘要
研究结果表明,培养鸡腿蘑液体菌种的适宜培养基配方为蔗糖2%,玉米粉3%,麦麸4%,酵母粉0.5%,KH2PO40.25%,MgSO4·7H2O0.1%,pH6.2;最适培养条件是250mL三角瓶装液量60mL,接种量5%,摇床转速120r min,培养6d。利用液体菌种扩繁固体生产种,可以明显缩短菌种生产周期。
The experimental results showed that the optimum medium of Coprinus comatus liquid spawn was sucrose 2%,corn powder 3%,wheat bran 4%,yeast powder 0.5%,KH_2PO_4 0.25%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.1%,and that the optimum culture conditions were as follows: initial pH6.2,medium capacity 60mL/250mL flask, rocking bed rotation rate 120r/min, inoculation rate 5% and the culture period of about 6 days. And the culture period will be shortened significantly if liquid spawn was used to breed the solid culture spawn.
