肠道菌群失调对小鼠造血因子水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察肠道菌群失调后小鼠造血因子水平的变化。方法 :采用抗生素脱污染造成小鼠肠道菌群失调的动物模型 ,用ELISA的方法检测血清白细胞介素 3(IL 3)、粒 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)的含量。结果 :菌群失调后小鼠血清IL 3和GM CSF的含量均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;双歧杆菌数量与IL 3和GM CSF含量存在显著正相关。结论 :肠道菌群失调可影响机体造血功能。 Obiective:To study the influence of dysbacteriosis on mice's hemopoietic factor.Methods:Animol models were made which have intestinal dysbacteriosis caused by antibiotics.Test the level of IL-3 and GM-CSF by ELISA.Results:Level of IL-3,GM-CSF have obviously decreased when compared with that in the control group( P <0.01).There were marked positive correlations between Bifidobacteria and the level of IL-3,GM-CSF.Conclusion:The results suggest that dysbacteriosis may decrease the hemopoietic function.
