摘要
用填充柱FID GC外标法在线检测托吡酯中4种有机溶剂残留量,通过线性、准确度、精密度、专属性、最低检测限等试验,证明此方法分离度高、灵敏、准确、简便,能满足检测要求.
Four residual organic solvents (ethanol、acetone、THF、toluene) in TOPAMAX were determined by packed chromatographic column of FID-GC via external correlation method. The analytical validation for each of residual solvents was performed with respect to the following validation characteristics: linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity, detection limit.
